To perform this check, you need to know the generation of your device, here is a guide on how to identify it: https://1control.zendesk.com/hc/it/articles/360019566140-Come-determinare-la-generazione-del-proprio-SOLO-

Once the correct app installation has been verified, if the problem persists, it is necessary to ensure that Bluetooth and GPS location tracking are active.
Bluetooth is always necessary to manage the connection with the SOLO device, while with some phone models the activation of GPS is also required due to a system bug, which does not allow the phone to detect Bluetooth devices nearby.
The "1Control" app does not track your phone's location, it just needs to be active for the Bluetooth detection of the SOLO, so it is necessary even if you are in an underground garage.
If the application still does not detect the device, try restarting the phone.
After checking these details, if the device is still not detected, it is necessary to check that the app has all the permissions active.
To set the app permissions, you need to access the phone settings, select the sub-section "Applications" (or "App"), select the "1Control" app and enable all required permissions.
