LINK occupies a user space on the SOLO device, this could cause problems on the SOLO MINI devices, as they are designed for use by only 2 users.
There are two solutions to the problem:
- The first solution consists in removing the second user, in order to free up a space for the LINK. After installing the LINK, to give access to the second user it will be necessary to create a new share from the "Shares" menu, making sure to select the "Enable remote opening" function. It is important to select this skill so that the user receiving the share can use it through the LINK, without occupying a user space on the SOLO MINI device.
- The second solution consists instead in purchasing an additional user for the SOLO MINI device, which will be occupied by the LINK accessory. The purchase can be made directly within the 1Control app. For the user purchase procedure, consult the specific guide
