LINK takes up a user space on the SOLO device, this could cause problems if you have already reached the maximum number of users for your device.
There are two solutions to this problem:
- Remove a user in order to free up a space for the LINK.
After installing the LINK, to give access to the removed user it will be necessary to create a new share from the "Shares" menu, making sure to select the "Enable remote opening" function. It is important to select this skill so that the user receiving the share can use it through the LINK, without occupying a user space on the SOLO device.
- Purchase an additional user who will be occupied by the LINK accessory.
