For first generation devices, the PIN card inserted in the package contains the PIN code and there are no other copies of it.
We do not have our customers' PIN codes for privacy and security reasons.
In case of loss, contact our support by providing the serial number of the device, found on the back label of the product or available in the app (in "Manage your devices" section -> select your SOLO device):
