Once you have checked the installation of the correct app, if the problem persists you need to make sure that Bluetooth and GPS position tracking are active.
Bluetooth is always necessary to manage the connection with the DORY device, while with some phone models it is also necessary to activate the GPS due to a system bug, which does not allow the phone to detect Bluetooth devices in the vicinity.
The "1Control" app does not track the position of your phone, it just needs to be active for the Bluetooth detection of the DORY, so it is also necessary if you are in an underground garage.
If the app still doesn't detect your device, try restarting your phone.
Having checked these details, if the device is still not detected, you need to check that the app has all active permissions.
To set the app permissions you need to access the phone Settings, select the "Applications" (or "Apps") sub-section, select the "1Control" app and enable all the required permissions.
