To delete all data stored on the SOLO device (administrator users, shares, copies made and PIN set) it is possible to perform a reset which returns the device to factory settings.
To reset the device, simply press the key inside SOLO for 10 seconds, then the next LED will begin to flash rapidly, the procedure can take up to a few minutes.
Once the procedure has been completed, the LED returns to flash regularly and slowly.
To open ONLY, simply unscrew the 4 screws on the back of the device and open the device.
SOLO is weatherproof, so to ensure that water does not enter the device there is a rubber in the contact point of the two pieces of the plastic shell, the rubber creates enough friction when opening, so we recommend using some tools to open the shell such as a flat-blade screwdriver, and pry evenly into the corners in the middle of the shells to separate them
