This article describes the Replacement procedure and Warranty terms for 1Control products.
Conformity Guarantee:
All products available on our site are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity established by articles 128 and following of the Consumer Code. This guarantee concerns defects of conformity present at the time of delivery and which appear within 2 years from the delivery date. It starts automatically from the delivery date, no activation or anything else is necessary.
Exclusions from the Legal Guarantee:
The warranty does not cover defects caused by accidents, improper use of the products or normal wear and tear. Any damage or defects not attributable to manufacturing defects are not covered by the warranty.
Customer Rights:
The Customer has the right to request repair or replacement of the product, without additional costs in both cases, unless such request is excessively burdensome for the seller.
If repair or replacement proves impossible or involves excessive costs, the Customer has the right to a proportional reduction in the price or termination of the contract.
Assistance Request Procedure:
To benefit from the guarantee, the Customer must notify the defects of conformity to our Customer Service by sending an email to assistance@1control.it , specifying the defects found.
Unless proven otherwise, it is presumed that any lack of conformity which appears within one year from the moment the goods were delivered already existed on that date, unless this hypothesis is incompatible with the nature of the goods or with the nature of the defect of compliance.
Customer Service Response and Product Replacement:
1Control will provide a prompt response to the communication regarding the alleged lack of conformity and, if confirmed, will proceed with the replacement of the defective product.
Repair, replacement and shipping costs to the assistance center are borne by 1Control in the event of a recognized lack of conformity.
Times and Deadlines:
The consumer loses the right to the legal guarantee if he does not report the lack of conformity within two months of discovering it.
