If the Alexa voice assistant is unable to correctly interpret the opening commands, for example due to difficult-to-distinguish names assigned to the accesses, it is possible to solve the problem by creating customized routines that activate the requested commands.
Before creating the routine you need to make sure that the initial setup procedure has been carried out, the guide for this is available on the following page:

To create a routine you need to follow these steps:
- Open the Alexa app and select "More" at the bottom right
- Select the "Routine" section
- Press the "+" button at the top right
- In the "When" section press "+" to set what will activate the routine
- You can select an event of your choice, but we recommend choosing the "Voice" option so that it is activated by a voice command.
- Set the voice command to be pronounced, in this case "I'm home" (the complete command will be "Alexa, I'm home") and press "Next" at the top right
- Press the indicated "+" button to set the action
- Select "Smart Home"
- Select the device you want to operate
- At the bottom click on "Add"
- It is possible to associate another action (such as another gate) by pressing the "+" button next to "Add another action". Otherwise, press "Save" at the bottom.
- At this point the routine will be created, you can perform a quick test of its functioning by pressing the play button
