Amazon Alexa Configuration Procedure

Open the Amazon Alexa app on your smartphone
If you don't have the Amazon Alexa app installed, you can install it from the Play Store.
Or from the App Store
Before you begin, perform the following tests:
Test 1: Verify that SOLO is working by pressing the round button in the 1Control app. If the gate/garage is activated, you can proceed to the second test.
Test 2: Verify that LINK is working by activating the sliding bar in the 1Control app. If the gate/garage is activated, then you can proceed with the guide.
If either of the two devices is not working correctly, please contact support via the contact form on the 1Control website.
- Open the Alexa app and tap on More
- Tap on Skills & Games
- Tap on the search bar and type "1Control"
- Select 1Control (the first search result)
- The 1Control skill will ask you to log in via phone number.
- Enter the code received via SMS/message.
- The ALEXA app will confirm that the 1Control skill has been successfully synchronized to your ALEXA profile. Open the 1Control app and tap on the top left gear icon. Then tap on Integrations.
- Tap on Amazon Alexa.
- Tap on Update connected devices.
- Close the 1Control app and reopen the Alexa app. Select at the bottom, the Devices section and then select the access you want to control (Ex: Gate)
- Ignore the error screen and tap the gear icon in the top right.
- Select both options and set the four-digit PIN. Caution! Setting the four-digit PIN is a security procedure required by Amazon and cannot be disabled.
- Repeat this procedure for each access you want to control and test the 1Control skill. Test the 1Control skill by asking "Alexa unlock gate"
